The web team is responsible for keeping the information on the website up to date as well as adding new material to the website. We currently use Weebly to host our website.
Design
The design team is responsible for creating and updating CSArt publicity material.
Social Media
The social media team is responsible for maintaining a social media presence throughout the entire semester via Instagram, Twitter & blog posts on Weebly.
Marketing
The marketing team is responsible for managing and promoting the CSArt brand.
Communication
The communication team is mainly responsible for communicating information to our email list. We use MailChimp to create drafts and send out emails from the ‘clemsoncsa’ gmail account. Another responsibility is to communicate with shareholders regarding the sale of shares and pickup event information.
Sales
The sales team is mainly responsible for tracking and recording the share sales on a daily basis until we sell out.
Artists
The artists team is responsible for maintaining a contract with the artists, keeping the artists aware of important dates and collecting information from the artists to create the current artist page on our website.

The responsibilities of the packaging and event team are to order supplies and organize the packaging of the shares as well as plan and organize the share pickup event.
